Antec HCG-850M not supplying GTX 780 ti with enough power? Causes Reboot

Hey guys, first time I've posted on these forums and I'm pretty new to PC building.

Just built my first PC and almost everything is working fine except whenever I try to run a graphics intensive program (eg. Crysis 3 or Valley Benchmark) my PC reboots. From what I've gathered It's because the PSU isn't supplying the GPU with enough power (I could be wrong). Does anyone know why this could be happening? Perhaps my wiring from PSU to GPU is incorrect but I've tried several different ways of doing it. Everything is brand new less than 2 days old by the way.


Here's all my specs:
CPU: Intel core i7-4790
MOBO: Asus z87-a
RAM: G-skill 8GBx1
GPU: Asus GTX 780 ti Direct CU II
PSU: Antex HCG-850M
HDD: Seagate 2TB SSHD

Yep, also LED lights just next to the power connectors on the GPU are both green

sudden restarts while gaming are often power issues but not always, so I wouldn't fixate on that just yet. Naturally you have latest nvidia drivers and latest driectX? In fact check all drivers. Don't use the video/sound/chipset/network drivers on the CD and don't assume Windows installed latest drivers for anything else. Go and download the latest versions of them all most will be found at your mortherboard's home support page.

Any blue screens or just instantaneous reboots? use this to check for crash reports http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Okay I went through and updated all my drivers through my motherboards support website, nvidia drivers are also up to date as is DirectX. I even checked for windows updates. Problem is still happening, however I've noticed when I run Valley Benchmark it shows my GPU temperature which gets to 55 degrees celcius then does the instant reboot. No blue screen or anything, monitor goes blank and says "no signal detected" and then PC restarts. One time I managed to get to about 62 degrees before it rebooted so I'm really unsure as to why all this is happening

Is the card firmly seated in the slot, and do you have another power supply you can check. Also have you overclocked anything in the PC

Completely forgot about this thread, sorry.
I returned the card to where I got it from and got it replaced. New card works fine, no problems at all so it must have just been a faulty card.
