Antec KUHLER h2o 650. Good or Bad?

So I'm about to buy a new build on Black Friday and here is some parts of my build.

I would have a G3258 OCd to 4.8GHz on a ASRock Z97 PRO3 ATX. Just wondering if Antec KUHLER h2o 650 is any good? Or should I go for a Hyper 212 Evo instead?

Need CPU cooler suggestions. Only, below, or a LITTLE below $50

The Antec one cools better but the troubing part is the installing part. The evo is easier to install but doesn't cool as well 😛 I think you should go with the Antec one instead because it's just that one second of struggle and the rest will be worth
