Is antec neo eco gold zen 700w good and enough for 2070 super and ryzen 7 3800x???

No I would avoid it for that setup. You should look at a Corsair RMx or TXm or one of the Seasonic FOCUS G line.

No reviews on the platform it uses whatsoever, and it's Andyson so i don't have much hopes in it anyway, maybe it will be decent at most, either way, don't cheap-out on PSU if your PC costs 1000$ already, 30$ more for smth actually good wouldn't hurt.

One of my friend has Corsair psu he didn't give me good reviews....and I can't buy seasonic psu from here...any good coolermaster psu???

If you ask enough people you'll hear complains for every PSU brand out there, so you'll end up buying nothing then ?

I am buying from India...checked local and online sites among good brands i can buy corsair, coolermaster etc...

Don't look at the brands, all brands have bad and good models. List specific units you see there or give me a link to the store.

Cheapest i'd do - Corsair CX450, 3.4k INR Corsair CX550 (450W has only one 6-pin PCIe connector) as you might recon it's on the verge of being viable choice for RTX2070S and R7 3800X, but if you're really tight on cash - it'll be fine.
High end stuff - Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 650W, it's Seasonic Focus inside, just with Antec label on it, 6.4k INR.

I'd make the recommendation to go from the 3800X to 3700X anyways as there's hardly a difference in performance and doesn't justify the large price difference.

Update on Corsair CX, 450W version has only one 6-pin PCIe connector, not enough for RTX2070S so if you a cheap PSU, get CX550 instead but i really recommend going for Antec one.
