These two PSUs from Antec and Seasonic both carry a bronze certification for efficiency, both are 620w and semi modular, and both carry the same price tag. The Antec seems to have only 6 SATA connections, which is both surprising and potentially annoying, but other than that which do you think is the better and quieter unit?

The Seasonic has two rails, which could complicate things, I am not sure, whereas the Antec surprisingly (for Antec) is single rail.
Quiet and reliable are my two Important Criteria!
