Antec or Seasonic 620W PSU?

These two PSUs from Antec and Seasonic both carry a bronze certification for efficiency, both are 620w and semi modular, and both carry the same price tag. The Antec seems to have only 6 SATA connections, which is both surprising and potentially annoying, but other than that which do you think is the better and quieter unit?

The highlights of the system as currently stands:

Intel i7-3770 (no OC)
nVidia GTX-680

The Seasonic has two rails, which could complicate things, I am not sure, whereas the Antec surprisingly (for Antec) is single rail.

Quiet and reliable are my two Important Criteria!

Many of Antec's newer PSUs are Seasonic OEM designs, in which case you are simply trading four quarters for a dollar.

The Antec HCG-620M uses the same internal design as the Seasonic M12II Bronze 620.

The Seasonic uses a 12cm dual ball bearing fan, specifically an ADDA AD1212MB-A71GL, xbitlabs measured it's fan speed varying between 500 and 2200RPM.
The Antec uses an ADDA ADN512MB-A90, which was used in the non-modular versions; on the HCG-520 it varied between 600-1800RPM.
So neither of them is going to be quiet on full load, or even above ~60% load. Which is probably fine as your system shouldn't be power hungry enough to draw more than 60% of those PSU's capacity.

The lengths of the cables is one of the few differences:
they are 55cm long on the main cables (24pin, 4+4pin, PCIe) on the Seasonic, while the 4+4pin on the Antec is 65cm long.

Multi +12V rail is not going to be an issue for you, if it's actually a multi +12V rail unit.

This uses a 14cm dual ball bearing fan which has a maximum speed of 1200RPM, but even on full load is unlikely to go above 1000RPM:

It's what I'd buy if I was looking for a quiet PSU.
The 650W version is $100 and has 8 SATA connectors.

It's also better as it uses a more modern internal design (the M12II Bronze series is group regulated) and is more efficient, which makes it easier to use a slower fan.

The Seasonic is a single rail, I know it says 2, there's no OCP circuit, it's just 1

Hi again.

Today, the Seasonic x750 Gold went on sale again at Newegg ($120), so I just got that one.

I am a little suspicious of the low price--is it a bad batch they're trying to get rid of? But I thought I'd take the chance on it.

You're probably right. The same unit went on sale for the same price a couple of weeks ago, and I was sorry I missed it the first time. I figure an extra $30 is worth it to get a bit more power, less noise and a gold efficiency rating from Seasonic. The last PSU I got was a Seasonic design sold under the Corsair brand, and it was DOA, but hopefully it won't happen again.
