I want to change my case (nox pax ) to any of these cases.

Which one of the cases (phanteks or antec) are the best and why?

My parts:
Ryzen 7 1700
Gigabyte ga-ab350 gaming 3
2x8gb ram 3000 mhz
Zotac gtx1060 6gb (the amp one, not the mini)
Evga bq 650

1) More USB ports
2) A 140mm and a 200mm fan included
3) Supports up to a 420mm rad
4) Supports a CPU cooler of up to whopping 193mm high.
