I have an A88XM-A motherboard with ATX12V socket. I normally have used a PSU with the ATX12V connector that plugs in the motherboard on other computers I've worked on. Never had to deal with this set up before.

This is where I found the hybrid info from the Antec site: http://support.antec.com/support/solutions/articles/1000140052-what-is-this-connector-for-

This PSU has this: A hybrid of the 4 PIN ATX12V and EPS 12V connectors that can be split in half or combined to accommodate either the EPS 12V Socket or the ATX 12V socket. Provides additional power to the CPU.

One of the two hybrid connectors has an M printed on it. I assume either connector will work? They both have the 2 yellow wires on top, and the 2 black wires on the bottom. They both seem to fit on the motherboard connector.

Thanks

Solution
I think either connector will work. I could check both connectors after powering up the computer. Then I could check the voltage on both connectors. Should be 12 volt measured from the yellow hot, and black negative correct?

It's a Antec neo eco 620C. Micro ATX motherboard. Maybe that is what the M is for? The motherboard female plastic stub that holds the plug on the motherboard is centered. The corresponding push clips for both PSU plugs are both offset. One is offset to the left side, the other to the right.
Hi, that is a totally common now 8(4+4)- pin CPU connector. Suitable for ATX12V & EPS12V boards. You simply insert them together into a 8p EPS12V socket and done, no probs, issues or risks. They have a fault prove insertion design.

Solution
Got the computer up and running. But I have a lot of other things to deal with, like bios, OS, setting up SSD, chipset drivers settings etc. I'll be posting about this other stuff.

Thanks
