Antec TB 480 has me concerned...

This is a True Power 480 Watt PSU, and I bought it thinking it would solve all my problems, but I am now posting 11.7 on my 12v rail... 4.92 on my 5v and 3.28 on my 3.3v... the 12v rail is the one that had me concerned before the upgrade, too...
