Depends on what gpu and cpu do you have. I'll recommend the second one because it's modular which is a good factor in wire management.

I have a Intel core i5 4460 and a Msi r9 380 4gb. I play games like Mad Max, BF4, Project cars and batman arkham knight.

Yeah get the 600 watt psu. You're current spec can run well also on 500 watt. 600 watt will be future proof
