Antec VP 450 vs Cooler master MWE 450 Which one?

Recently my cheap psu blown up,
So I'm serious about geting a new PSU but under in budget restrictions.

PC Config :
Gigabyte B250M
I3-7100
8 GB 2400mhz
1 TB HDD
* also my area has risk of lightning, recently lightening fused my cheap 5$ psu but pc works*
