Antec VP-P Series VP450P 450W or an EVGA 430W 80+ white?

Which one is better? I am using it to power a gtx 1050 with an amd phenom 9650 and 4gb ddr2.

They are both Tier 3 PSUs. Not great build quality but safe to use.

I'd get the EVGA as it uses a single 12V 34A rail rather than two 12V 18A rails.
