Same price, very similar, I believe both are made by seasonic (XFX for sure)

Same price, same watts, good reputations.

Any word on which is better?
I'm leaning towards XFX.

My rig below in case relevant, I want room to expand, most likely new GPU:

8gb DDR3 RAM 4x2gb
Intel i5 2400,
Intel DQ67SW (SKTH)
Ati HD 5750
2 HDDs SATA 7200
couple of fans,
And CD-DVD rewriter
around 6 USB ports

Solution
Pretty sure the Antec is made by Delta and it's a solid budget unit but the XFX (which is indeed Seasonic made) has generally better components.

I've heard a lot of complaints that the fan on the VP550 is noisy too

There are 4 different models of the VP 550 and that site does not specify the model or even include a picture of the sticker on the side ( US law requires it ) so I can't tell the exact model but all VP 550s are made by Delta. Delta is one of the top OEMs and are known for amazing build quality.

The XFX is a Seasonic made unit and likely a slightly newer design.

I would go XFX but I wouldn't be opposed to the Antec.
