They are both extremely cheap and budget.
Only potentially good for a low power workstation running integrated graphics or something that won't put any pressure on the PSU.
If living in the US, this is the cheapest PSU I could recommend for a system that you might be gaming with that is low wattage like those.
If not living in the US then this recommendation could potentially be pointless due to price and availability of components across the world.
it's $60 and 450w Bronze, but aside from that it has good enough build quality to not blow up or catch fire.

Then there's this Thermaltake one for $50 that is basic 80+ white and 430w, that could potentially suffice depending on the load you plan to put on it.
