My budget allows me to buy this PSU. So i wanted a review of this PSU.
I have heard that it is of 80% efficiency and that 120mm fan keeps it cool and silent and all.
I checked on the PSU tier list and this one is in the 3rd tier
Can anyone review this PSU ??

Solution
It will power a gtx 960 but like already said above its a lower quality unit, probably not the best choice for a gaming pc but it will work. No 80+ is not a requirement as long as the psu is of good quality and can supply enough power, but nowadays pretty much every decent quality psu is going to be 80+ something, so in general most modern power supply's that you would actually want to buy are going to be 80+ bronze or better.

Can i use it with GTX 960 ??
I will be doing like medium gaming....

My problem is that my budget only this PSU and other 80+ certified PSUs are not available at local shops

Like the Corsair CX 430W. It's 80+ certified but it is not tier1 or tier2 PSU. So shall i consider it ?

Well this psu tier list I linked below actually lists the cosair cx psu's at tier 4. Personally I would rather have the antec.

So Corsair's CX 430 PSU is crap right and i shouldn't trust any PSU that's rated 80+ Bronze, right ?

I think their crap for a gaming PC but they are decent for a low power office pc or something like that. NO their are A LOT of fantastic 80 plus bronze psu's, 80plus does not determine how well a psu is made only how efficient it is, generally more efficient psu's are better quality but not all of them, sometimes 80plus gold or better psu's can be lower quality than 80plus bronze units.

So can Antec VP450p be a good option ?

No i am buying it from a local dealer. He is selling me for just INR 2850. If you see the online websites, they sell the PSU at around INR4400. So i prefer local dealers

Well the antec should do the job then.
