got my new psu, system running smoothly bt aftr few hrs i had been observed tat some yellow type in psu ... is there any problem shld i return it and i am uploading the pics which i have taken of psu.. plz help me out ???

That's adhesive used in the manufacturing process to hold components in place (i.e. to prevent them from being pushed out of their mounting holes or to prevent the component from leaning over and possibly causing a short circuit) during the soldering process. In some cases it is used to prevent/dampen coil core vibration.

I would not be concerned. Your pictures seem to show the "glue" they use to secure and insulate certain parts. I would bet that it was there from the start and you just did not notice it. I do not suggest opening the psu to check it out as it voids the warranty. Looks like all is as it should be.
