I have an old antech computer with asus ce motherboard and it goes beeb, beep beep beep and keeps repeating this sound and won't start up.

The memory should be removed and reseated. If it is old, clean the slots and gold teeth with a Q-tip and some isopropyl alcohol.

If the battery is older than 5 years, it would be time to be replaced.
