Question Antenna Upgrade help

I bought a hdmi wireless transmitter/receiver. The Measy W2h Mini. But the signal keeps dropping if someone goes between the transmitter and receiver.

Is it possible to install an antenna on them?

If someone walking in front of the signal causes issues, I would return this and get something else. Your issue is actually exactly what someone posted in a review from 2018.

Mount the whole module (doesn't look that big), up toward ceiling, treating the whole thing like the antenna.

In case u didn't know, they sell ACTIVE HDMI cables that can go longer than standard, even fiber HDMI should you want to go 100 ft.

The picture with the three units, looks like an array of LEDs. My guess is that these units use light rather than radio to transmit. Someone walking between the two ends would interrupt that transmission. I think you could hold a piece of paper between then and prove (or disprove) the optical link interpretation.

the signal can pass through objects like my hand. But it starts to drop with a person. in the specifications it says it's radio.

A google search for "uk2-sii-sk63101" -- Gets you the FCC pages for that device. It is a 60Ghz device. You aren't going to get antennas for that.
Downloading the images, what looks like LEDs is actually the antennas (I believe).
