my specs are:
motherboad: Z370P D3-CF
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070
16GB ram.

I'm very puzzled, i tried playing with the nvidia configurations, tried setting some games to max anti-aliasing, but i still find a lot of games having this issue, and im not sure if its me or the game, here is a sample pic:

i can just see i tiny bit of jaggeredness round the bits you you have drawn round , what screen res are you running.

As the person about my posting has mentioned , you have not actually said what your problem is.
I have copied the text below from another site , have you tried the game with it turned off.

Anti aliasing on or off Answering the question, what is antialiasing is the first step to appreciating its significance. Anti-aliasing is very demanding and should thus be the first thing you turn down/off when you find yourself struggling to run a game smoothly. What resolution is your monitor? looks like 1080p to me. Some games look pretty poor no matter what settings you use as they are badly optimized. I can see what is bugging you the little sharp and jagged edges.

You could try turning on the DRS factor in Nvidia settings and smooth the picture out with 33% which is the default. That has worked for me on certain older/simple games in the past for a better eye candy experience. However this will come with an FPS knock for every DRS factor you go up.
