Anti-Surge Problem :(

Hello.

Whenever I play about 10 minutes of TF2, my PC shuts down saying Anti-Surge, blablabla thing.
It hasn't done this before, and there's nothing wrong with my PC..

Specs:
Intel Core i5-4670K OC'd to 4.4GHz
HD7950 OC'd to 1150/1500
Corsair TX650 PSU

Is it safe though, I've tried researching and one guy says to just turn it off, since the PSU and Motherboard already has Anti-Surge protection, and one guy says it can damage other components if I do.

Put a good surge protector/backup battery on it, and you should be fine.
