Antimalware Service Executable eats up lots of RAM?

So I have searched prior and I have cleaned out my PC with Malwarebytes twice and I've even defragged my hard drive yet ASE (Antimalware Service Executable) keeps eating up RAM. How do I fix this?

its part of windows defender so easiest way to get rid of it is use another AV program. Something like Bitdefender Free should stop Defender from running.
