Question Antimalware service executable high ram

How can i make Antimalware Service Executable not use this much ram without deactivating windows defender?
It's so annoying it even uses more than my browser lmao.

How much memory does your system have?

Does Antimalware Service Executable always use 547.0 MB or is that amount just an interim value that decreases once the software has done some initial scans during boot up just to check on things.

Left click the Memory column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order. a small upward or downward pointing ^ should appear and allow you to toggle the sort.

Click the ">" on Antimalware Service Executable - what processes are being shown therein?

I do not recommend disabling Windows Defender / Windows Security.
