Antistatic bag help

Okay so the computer store gave me an (anti-static) bag but im not sure if its the right thing.Its Metalic looking and there are like 3-4 hole intentionaly(original)made on it.It has a 01 PET green symbol on it and has some kind of fluffy thing inside to put the MB on.

yep. that's an antistatic bag. the foam is probably just for padding

The foam is for the back of the motherboard, for protecting all the pins and solder...
