Antivirus/antimalware slowing down SSD launch time?

I just recently purchased Malwarebytes anti-malware and along with that downloaded avast free just to keep my computer overall safe. But since then my programs that I use commonly take a bit longer to load. It doesn't even respond to my execution for a few seconds. I use Blender a LOT, and it's taking like 7 seconds to even load the program compared to my 1 second or less load time on my SSD prior to installing the anti-malware/antivirus softwares. Is there a way to fix this? That's the only thing I can bog the issue down to, unless extremely coincidentally my SSD is bad for some reason.

I downloaded Malwarebytes, AVAST, and Superspyware on my computer and it runs good. I did shut down all the automatic scans and notifications but really those programs are not using any of my resources.
