Question ANTIVIRUS BLOCKS DNS

Hi, i ve been using so far avast free antivirus since i update my windows 10 to 1809 antivrus started blocking my dns very often and i cannot browse to any page like for 5 mins and then okay after a few minutes the same thing starts to happen. i tried bitdefender free and kaspersky free same thing happens. Anyone can help me? i can ping without any packet loss.

yes each time i install an antivirus the computer got DNS issues. All the other devices work fine mobile phone etc.

Ok, so ping the website to get the ip address it resolves to. Then type that ip address into the browser instead of the name to see if you can browse without delay.

The problem its no constant for example now i can browse like a charm with no antivirus at all no delay nothing, but if i install one ill be browsing for 5 mins then ill have to wait like 5 minutes to load something even www.google.gr. While the problem was on ive been pinging through CMD with the following command "ping 8.8.8.8 -t" DNS and i was getting respond but i could reach the www.google.gr on browser.

What ip address replies?
Type that ip into the browser (only if that site lags with av enabled) and see if it still does browsing by ip vs name.

I've just installed the Avast Free Antivirus and it seems that there is no problem. if anything changes ill keep the thread updated.

what dns server are you using? sound more like the firewall is blocking the site.

I use 208.67.222.222 - 208.68.220.220. I re-installed Avast Free and disabled Web Shield and i can access all sites without a proble. This is the problem i think.
