Antivirus detects Svchost.exe ?

My antivirus keeps detecting svchost.exe, and i know that its not virus right ?
Is it infected or what ?
What do i do ?!

It could just be disguised so you don't notice it, run an anti virus/malware bytes to determine if it is actually malicious

I tried with malwarebytes, here is the result.

THREAT - Virus.Neshta
CATEGORY - Malware
TYPE - File
Location - C:\Windows\svchost.exe

What now ? :/
