Hello,

I have been trying to delete some files through Bitdefender File Shredder, but it is saying that I do not have permissions to delete the folder.
I have tried to give myself full control of the folder, but I am kinda hopeless lol

Appreciate any kind of help
Thanks

As long as you are the original admin/owner to the computer it should work out.
The issue will fall back down to windows 10, and it's permission rights to certain folders and files.

If you are logging...
freefixer , in addition to having nice scan functions, also has an accessory tool (FIle Nuker) which lets you specify a file (merely browse your way to it, give freefixer it's complete path) for deletion early in the reboot process prior to WIndows starting and elevating all the permissions...

You could also steer your way to it and delete it within a LiveLinux USB environment of your choice....

If you are logging into windows 10 via through, outlook/hotmail account login.
You will want to disable it and setup a local account on the computer.
Most of this factors into the administrator account (you) and will let you modify all folders files.
