Antivirus

My internet connection is blocked by the antivirus i put in my computer.The ISP guys say that its a hardware problem....My operating system is Windows Vista and i hav a broadband connection.Please Help!

Have you enter Preffered DNS & Alternate DNS in Network settings ?
may be your internet is not Block by Anti-Virus......

I do not get your point....yes i have preferred dns and alternate dns in the settings
