Anvil Next

How big of a step has UBi made with the Anvil next?

I don't know much about game engines.

I was watching some of AC3 lets play on youtube at 720p and it looked amazing.(if my internet was faster|56kbps|, I would have loaded 1080p )

*edit* That was Xbox 360 game play. I am guessing on PC it will even better.

The models look like every other Assassin's Creed. Pretty sure people are mistaking potentially improved art direction for some kind of non-existent technical progress, no?
