Any 3.5" HDD Bay Reservoirs Out There?

Are there any reservoirs on the market that could be installed into a standard 3.5" HDD bay? It would be perfect if there was a reservoir that was the exact form factor of a standard 3.5" HDD, and has mounting points on the bottom instead of on the sides.

A bay rafter? Not quite... I was thinking something more like this:

But this was the only thing I found, and I can't even find additional pictures to show whether it has any mounting points on the bottom.
