I've been buying parts here and there for an EconoGamer I'm building. My main goals are value and compatibility for upcoming hardware evolution.

Case: LianLi PC-60 Plus
PSU: Fortron 600w (SLI rated)
Mobo: ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
CPU: AMD 64 3200+Venice (with the E4 stepping)
RAM: OCZ Gold 1gb (2x512)
Vid: XFX 6600GT (128mb, SLI, dual DVI)
Yea, I am aware the vid card is pretty weak, but it seemed like a good value at $100 bucks (with rebate), and I can always buy another one for an SLI setup. Or, since it was so inexpensive, I can just upgrade to a 7800GT in a month or two. Frankly, I just wanted a decent "value card" that I can use on the short term, and then upgrade later.
I'm temporarily using a spare HDD, so I won't bother with the details. However, I'm planning on either an 80g Seagate Barracuda (SATA 3gb/s), or a 74g Raptor. Sure, I'd love a Raptor, but I am having a really hard time convincing myself that the speed is really worth spending 2.5x as much as the 'Cuda.
And the optical drive is just a standard NEC DVD Burner.
Anyway, I think I made some solid choices with careful consideration for compatibility, upgradeability, and most importantly---value. I already have the case, psu, and all necessary drives. But I have an order pending for the cpu, ram, vid card, and the mobo. I might be able to change these last 4 items by tomorrow, which is why I'm posting this tonight.
I guess I'm looking for some feedback in case you guys have some input about any details I might be missing, or any compatibility problems I'm not aware of.
