Looks good, as long as your mobo fits in that case and has all the connections the rest of your hardware requires this is decent build.

Hi, Brett what graphics card do you recommend that will fit somewhere into his $500 budget? I mean we want him gaming at Very High at worst right? To do that lets see which card he should put in. I'm curious as well since I want to game at Super Ultra and turn on mini animations at the horizon using config file hacks.

Thanks for the feed back the mobo will fit the case. What graphics card do you recommend? I was looking at radeon as they seem to have a better cost to price ratio. But they use a pci2.1 slot. Is there a difference between pcie2.0 and pcie2.1?

Radeons are cheaper but they aren't nearly as fast as Nvidia cards.
I'd recommend a GTX 460 at lowest. Or perhaps if you can afford it go for a GTX 550. EVGA sells superclocked, 2gb 550s at my best buy for $200, and there's a markup at retail so check around Newegg, Tigerdirect, ebay etc to try and find one. You might even be able to get a used 550ti for around the same price.

i wouldnt suggest used unless its from an ebay powerseller that allows returns. alot of crooked people on there

Thanks for the eBay advice. I'm going to stick with newegg and order everything at once so I can return something if it's doa. I'll look at the gtx cards but I'm almost at my limit budget wise. Any other video cards that are around $80 that will suffice?

it all goes down to case ventilation im sure, but no i dont, just picked out a cheap one that looked like it had good reviews. id personally get the evga one, same price but no OC. but you could do that yourself if you wanted

it's a DHE with single axial fan and the card is OCed as opposed to stock. I'm not surprised if this thing overheats a lot. Case ventilation affects DHE only in terms of what your ambient temp is, beyond that it's all up to that fan that's sitting on the card.
