So i'm looking to be playing games like bf4, titanfall, destiny, GTA V, etc. I would like to be playing all of those games on ultra but playing on high is okay as well. What I have is pretty much pushing my budget and i'm not willing to go much higher. Any advice on the build would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm also not going to be over clocking if that makes a difference. Since I'm not over clocking am I going to need an after market CPU cooler? Or maybe more fans for my case?
