This is basically the system that I'm planning to build (Minus the case I already have) during the Christmas break for myself, and in time to hand it down to my little bro. Just wanted to get as much feedback on the parts I've selected and already own to see if its all compatible as well as that i'm receiving the most bang for my buck. I do have a 900$ price limit which is not including the case.

What i'm mainly looking for is a new case that (preferably a mid ATX) that will give goo cable management and plenty of room for an interior Water cooling mounting (with said selected cooler) and is around 70$ +/- 5$

Note: I live in Canada (friggin rights eh?) so legit everything is more expensive; computer part wise.

I'd say it looks pretty good and agree that a ssd would be a great addition. One question though, are you overclocking? I assume so with your choices so far. One possibility, which I did, is to go with an i5-3570k over the 4670k. It is about 5-10% slower at stock but they tend to overclock better so you can make up some ground and end up pretty much even. This would save you money on CPU and mobo and get basically the same performance. There is a Z77 version of the same mobo you chose.
Where's the hard drive?

I'd put in a 64GB to 128GB SSD for the OS and apps and a 500GB 7200 RPM drive for regular stuff. You gain more benefit from an SSD than anything else.

Lower the video card a little to get an SSD if you need to, or get rid of the water cooling. You only need water cooling if you're going to be doing hardcore overclocking.
