Any advice on what CPU Cooler I should get for an i7 7700K?

I am building my first PC in a few days which will have an i7 7700K for the CPU and I would like some advice on what cooler I should get. I have got 3 in mind right now which are:

Cryorig H7
Gamemax Iceberg 120mm Water Cooling System
Be Quiet Shadow Rock 2 Fans

I will not be overclocking to start with and will run it at stock 4.2 GHz and will later upgrade to the Kraken X62 so I can over clock. My case is the NZXT S340 Elite with a max CPU height at 161mm.
I also have a very tight budget at the moment with around £50 for a cooler. Any advice?

I would get the H7 and also consider getting the 6 core i5 8600K with a Z370 board.

The i7 7700K has heat issues as some have found out but since your not overclocking it should be fine. That is another reason I would be looking at the i5 8600K.

120mm Water Cooling is not enough fori7-7700k. 220/240mm AIO is recommended.
