Hi guys , i just bought this custom specs the order is is processed i still have time to amend order and change few thing or add.
I will go for overclock to 5.0ghz for the i9 9900k, the question is ...wich cooler is more suitable to keep up with the degrees when the processor is in load ? The H115i is a 280mm radiator and the case i can aford is the NZXT H511 as in description , my plan is to change to the cooler H100i wich has 240mm radiator and have more choices with the cases with more fans to help with the temp inside the case and better looking as a design. Does anyone has any advice ? Thanks ! Feel free to ask any question.

Oof. You screwed up, IMO.
You are not going to have great thermals in there. NZXT's H500 is a great chassis, but it's biggest weaknesses lie in cooling options, and thermal performance with high power hardware.
The H500 is not suited for both high power cpus and gpus - one or the other.
If air cooling in the H500, the stock config of top and rear exhaust is the best setup for chassis fans.
This changes with a liquid cooler, where the user instead uses the front installation for the HOTTEST part(cpu or gpu) to pair with the liquid cooler, and the cooler part continues to run on air.

Due to the few cooling options in this chassis, you've got to make a tradeoff:
-liquid cool the 9900K and leave the 2080Ti to run 80C or more
-liquid cool the 2080Ti using the Kraken G12 kit, and give up the ability to overclock the 9900K - the best air coolers can't handle that thing when trying to OC.

Short version: Get an H700 instead.

The 10th gen 10700k with Z490 should be cheaper, slightly faster than the 9900k and will give you a better chance of future upgrade options. There is no chance of future cpu upgrades with Z390 & 9900k as the socket is end of life.

Phaaze88 is right, the 500 series is a cool looking case but not a case to keep a 9900k cool.
The 9900K can be cooled with a 280mm AIO in there, but now the 2080Ti is 'left hanging'. If the gpu were something like a 2060 Super or RX 5700XT instead, there wouldn't be an issue at all.
One high power part, liquid cool it, and the other runs on air.
Two high power parts, gotta liquid cool the cpu and at least hybrid cool the gpu.
