we would be able to help you a bit more if you posted your total budget for the build and list of parts that you already have.
for example, you can either get a much cheaper PSU without loosing on the reliability/quality or get a much better one for the same price.

also, I will consider changing to the Intel CPU you mentioned @n0ns3ns3, it really does seem like I could get a little more for just a few more dollars. Thanks guys!
