Any alternative for this master build? Anything cheap and better than this?

I got the below configuration from online website. My budget is upto 100,000 INR $2000

I want to play games on ultra settings + I want to work on softwares like 3DS max, Maya, and everything related to animation, texturing and rendering!

The below config is 51,000 rupees more than my budget so please suggest me something.

Since GTA V is coming, mostly 7 to 8 months after console release and Watch Dogs I wan't a good computer.

No problems, but I would tweak a few things. Get 2x4GB RAM instead of a single 8GB. With a dual channel Mobo like that you want it to be completely optimized, so either 2 sticks or 4. I would also consider a GTX 770 over a GTX 680. Newer and a bit more efficient. Pick a 770 by Asus or Gigabyte, with the new GPU Boost 2.0, the cooler the card runs, the better the performance. And a safe option for the CPU cooler is Hyper 212 EVO or 212X. They are proven to be great. I have one and it's the absolute best for it's price.

Thanks for your reply. Actually the configuration I posted in not in my budget. I need something in 1 Lac rupees but it's 1.51 Lac and that's huge difference. Can you suggest something similar in 1 Lac for me? I don't want to upgrade my PC for few years ahead after buying this.

Yeah, I'd go for a much cheaper motherboard, especially since you chose a non-overclocking CPU: Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H or GA-Z77MX-D3H. Also you'll only need a 550w - 600w PSU for that build. Unless you want to SLI (Dual GPUs) in the future, then get 750w, and go for a PSU from Corsair, Seasonic, XFX or Antec.
- If you can find a cheaper 120 GB SSD out of these: Sandisk Extreme, Samsung 840, Kingston HyperX 3K or Crucial M4 go for it.
- For the case, here are some good budget cases: NZXT Source 210, Corsair Carbide 200R, CoolerMaster K350/K380.
