Any bottlenecking here?

I've been looking to build and just recently came across the money to do so. Here are my specs:

Asus Strix Z270F
EVGA GTX 1080 FTW
Intel Core I7-7700 (not looking to overclock)
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB)
WD Blue 2TB hard drive
Samsung 250GB SSD
And probably just some cooler master 650w or 750w power supply all in the Mastercase Maker 5

My main concern was the mother board, maybe its not good for my use? Streaming/Gaming is what Im trying to get out of this build. Like should I just settle for something else? I was also just thinking of going all out strix and getting the Asus Strix GTX 1080 and would like input on whether I should do that.

Thanks!

There will always be some form of bottleneck, it's whether you'd notice in 'real world' use that matters.

I'd argue the Z270 board is overkill for a locked CPU - B250 would likely be a smarter/cheaper option with no desire to OC.

For the GPU, what resolution were you thinking? While the 1080 is nice, it may be overkill if you're looking at only 1080p. A 1070 would give you more than enough horsepower to game/stream at 1080p.

As for the PSU, for a single GPU setup & no Ocing, I wouldn't look any further than a G550 from SeaSonic (around $60 or so).
Best quality vs performance vs cost available today IMHO.

Thanks for the tips, I figured the latest boards might be overkill. I probably will go with a humble 1070 then.

Also sorry about posting (new build) on this category as it was my first time posting on tomshardware and I just thought opinions and experiences was the best category looking for the better advice of the website. I also think forum stinginess is a joke, but you should know it wasnt intentional.

With no desire to OC or even SLI, the Z270 isn't going to bring anything to the table for the 'average' user - so no sense spending the extra $$ on it.

No problem. You'll probably get less traction in here that you would in, say, 'Systems' though. I don't filter by sub-forum, but a lot of users do.

I'll see if I can get this moved over to Systems for you, incase anybody else wants to provide feedback.
