Any Build advice?

So i have been making endless gaming builds on pcpartpicker and other websites, but I have found the build I have been waiting for (I think...). I know a bit about computers, such as how to build them and what is compatible with what and such, but I need some advice for this build,

All i'm wondering if these parts will successfully run the forest, Black ops III and Minecraft with shaders at high settings 60 fps. ( if not 60 then maybe 45 )

I am open to suggestions of computers that will operate even better for around 400 - 450 dollars. Thankyou!

If you can spare the extra $35 USD, I'd recommend going for the newer GTX 950 over the 750 Ti. The 750 Ti is an amazing value, but for the tiny price increase for an EVGA 950, you'd get the extra performance needed for Black Ops III. Minecraft still shouldn't take much from what I can remember, and The Forest is still in beta/alpha so it's constantly changing and optimizing. Power supply should handle either road you take.
