I am currently trying to build a gaming pc to play games like, csgo and call of duties. I would also like the possibility to play games like crysis 3 and bf4, but if i am playing these they do not need to be on max settings. Are there an changes i can make to this build to save some money?

I think you have put together a fine build. You could swap out the motherboard for the ASRock H97M-ITX/AC or a as it has a wifi card pre-installed, but not as many PCIe slots depending on what you need. As for the previous poster's AMD comment, You have to look at clock speeds in reality, not just the number. Let's just say that an AMD is a sports car, it hauls a light load of information and has to travel 100 feet to deliver that load. We'll say it goes 100MPH during this trip. Now you have Intel, it's a Semi truck, it hauls a decent load of information and has to travel 50 feet to deliver that load. It only goes 80MPH. Who wins?
No thats a solid build. I suggest the: Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter over TP_LINK because it has wireless ac and blue tooth for £28.90, just a few £ more...

I own it, works good. I know you wanted me to help save some money, I did not but in the long run it will save you some by not having to replace your wireless card when you upgrade to a wireless ac router...
