Any cheap but good PSU like bronze plus?

Should I get the Thermaltake Smart Standard 650W 80 PLUS Bronze ATX12V 2.3 Power Supply SP-650P or stick with the XFX 650W

go with the xfx , it has high grade japanese capacitors and is the better choice

Don't know if you can buy via newegg,but at this moment for under $50 is there this one,

this should be a good choice too.The xfx is only $10 more so it's a good choice too for that money.
