any compatibility issues here?

My cpu is an amd a8-5500 at 3.2ghz quad core but I am thinking of upgrading to a gtx 970 (and upgrading my power supply) instead of integrated graphics but don't want it to be bottlenecked. Along with that I want to get a new case but not sure which nice ones are compatible with my motherboard.

Also if there are any other compatibility issues with this please let me know, full specs here:

I want to eventually swap everything but I just don't have the budget right now and I'll have to save for a lot longer in order to get there

I agree with lodders...you should just build a brand new pc. I think 2 or 3 hundred is a fair price to sell your computer for. Post it on Craigslist so someone can just come test it and pick it up instead of Ebay where you have have to pay for shipping ebay fees and buyer complaints.
