Any cool things to stick in a front optical drive bay?

I have an empty optical drive slot, and I want it filled. 😀
I'd appreciate as many suggestions as you can think of, because I'll probably reject some.

You could install a fan controller, a blue ray drive, a card reader, an audio controller, ect.

Hmm... I have a fan controller, and a card reader. If I was getting a blu-ray drive I'd replace my DVD drive, not just add it.
An audio controller is a possibility if I can find one.
