K versions of cpu on 1150 socket have a better GHz on base and boost
is it gonna be any difference between those cpu on non Z or X chipset?

machine is not complete, i have to find out with cpu.

Already have them:

h81m-e (motherboard)
gtx 1660 NON Ti (gpu)
500w antec 500EW (psu)
masterbox q300l (chassis)

FUTURE:

1.5tb hdd (3x 500gb is spanned mode)
Windows 10 1903 update PRO
cpu (UNKNOWN)

Solution
a bottom newer generation chip will be better/equal to a i7 4th gen cpu.
it will not make any noticeable difference if you get a k cpu or not.

anything above a i5 4460 will do the trick for your system.
also drop those future ideas, I think its a waste of money.
