Any Difference on these cards?!

I need help on which to get. I'm on a tight budget and don't really have enough to buy a better card as I also need to buy a PSU for it. So here's 2 cards which looks the same. But what about specs?

XFX R7 260 Double D 2GB

Looking at the specs, they look about the same. I was Wondering if there was any differences since the top is like $10 more so I thought it might be better or so.

650ti boost is the best performer,but it doesnt have free games,R7 260x has 2 free games(i guess it's 5 now).it has mantle support

go for R7 260x not R7 260
