Any different between AX and HXi PSUs?

Hi, I am deciding to go for one of these power supplies (AX760 or HX750i) but I do not know which one to choose. Would there be any difference?

AX serie made by seasonic (better)
HXI serie made by cwt ( good )

the both are good but the AX serie still better

AX serie are less noisy at low power demand ...but same thing as HX at high demand power
