My first ever PC. My budget for parts is around $1300-1500 AUD. Either getting a 1440 144hz monitor or 1080 144hz, im really stuck in between. Main use will probably gaming/watching YT/word document etc. Dont plan on overclocking as im pretty clueless about it but I might down the track.

Also, pc partpicker is showing some notes at the bottom which say there could be size issues, i dont really understand what it says, but should i be concerned or ignore them?

Really appreciate any feedback

No, 700w is too much. If i were you I'd be going 650w. It's plenty for your build, but would allow you to OC the CPU/GPU if you wanted an also allow bit of headroom for more power hungry hardware down the line if you want to upgrade.Plus the EVGA units have a 7 year warranty :)

There are other good 650w PSU's. The EVGA G3 are excellent. So are the Corsair RMX, Seasonic Focus Plus.

Hey I know its a late reply but, what about the corsair cx650, corsair cs650 or corsair tx550m? Is 550w enough to allow for OC and more power hungry parts or should i stick with 650w.
