There are tons of first person racing games for pc,ps3,ps4,xbox 360 and xbox one.
For example: F1 Formula, Need for speed, Forza Motorsport 5.
There are alot you just need to look.

Former means the first criteria (Simulation) and latter means the last criteria (Arcade).
