Any Foreseeable Bottlenecks in my PC Build?

I believe this is a solid PC build but would like to make sure there are no bottlenecks. If there are any bottlenecks, I would love recommendations for improvements that do not increase the cost too much. A $45-$60 increase is acceptable. I would recommend get the GTX 970 rather than the 770. It is more power efficient, better clock speeds, potentially quieter and most of all it's cheaper. Asus Strix is the manufacturer I would go with, I'll be buying this card very soon. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty solid build

I don't see any issues. Though I may be missing something, but I was wondering why not just get a GTX 970 instead of the GTX 770?

Not really any bottlenecks, but I'd personally recommend the Corsair H100i as an alternative to your chosen air cooler - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-h100i

Not a massive difference, and almost silent, extremely efficient watercooling is always nice, considering how much you're spending on your air cooler anyway.

EDIT: Plus what the chap above me said about getting the GTX970 instead.

The only reason I went with the 770 is because it came with a free game and I'm going to be pretty much broke on savings after I buy my PC. Plus I want to be able to use it once I get it. Also I want to get the Borderlands Pre Sequel anyways.

I almost did the same thing. Here is a deal you may want to look at. Its a GTX 780 for the same price if not cheaper as a GTX 770. It also comes with Borderlands.

Also I looked at your PSU. Here is 2 that are considered better for a cheaper price:
XFX Pro Series 750W (tier 1)
XFX XTR 650W (tier 2A)

Well the 970 is better and cheaper. The money you save almost gives you enough to buy Borderlands

Well the 970 is better and cheaper. The money you save almost gives you enough to buy Borderlands

I got the 770 for the same price as the 970 you recommended.
