any free apps to enable USB tethering with VPN ON?

i share my phone internet with my PC via usb tethering but when i turn my vpn app ON i lose my connection , is there any way or app to fix this?

No. It's a VPN setting if your network is forwarded over. Its security matter and you should not change it. If you do, you're weakpoint of network that can be used to atack the company.
