Hello, I'm reasonably new to the PC side of things. I've been a mac guy practically my whole life, but with applications becoming more power intensive I've decided to set myself on a budget of £800 and want to build a gaming pc with it. I've been researching about parts and such for a few months now and feel I'm ready to build a pc so I configured one over at pcpartpicker.com.

I'm sharing this because it's such a large community and I'd like to receive feedback or general knowledge of particular parts, it would be greatly appreciate for some recommendations over some parts that isn't maybe your first choice.

Please Note: I have some flexibility within my money of £80.
This build comes to around $1037 USD.

Buy a better power supply for sure the CX series are not what I would use or recommend. That case only comes with the one back fan so add a 140mm to the front blowing in.

What my build would look like in that price range. Would get you a bit quicker processor and with 16GB of memory you would not need to add more.

With the next logical upgrade to a SSD for the operating system and programs.
